Finally feeling a little better...

Thanks for all the support for my sick and whining email earlier this week. This morning I was 236, not 241 which makes no sense but is a whole lot more encouraging. Hope this means I can get and stay back on track. Annie

I started this summer at 252, went down to 227 by October and crept up and up for the last few months. When I finally got back on track I was 238 and then got sick this week and actually gained weight. (That's where the 241 came from.) Your 3.5 pound loss is incredible! When I'm on plan (calories 1300 - 1500 daily and 15 - 18 miles per week) a 2 pound loss is big for me. I would LOVE to shrink along with you at a 3.5 pound rate per week. :0) Looking forward to seeing you around! Annie
I'm so glad to hear you're feeling better Annie. And glad that the scale "went back to its senses". That's one more example why the scale isn't always right.
Glad you've recovered from being sick and that you're getting back on track. We want to see 226 soon!!
