How's your new year resolution going?

The month is almost over..
Do you actually remember what your new year resolution was? Are you still keeping up with it?


My only resolution this year was to lose weight and I've lost 9 pounds. The other things I'm working on this year to improve my life and to make it a little less stressed are things to come in the coming months. Stuff like making sure I don't wait till the last minute to do the things I need to do.
I think I'm doing good so far!!!

Not very well......I thought I would lose some weight just by adding some exercise but thusfar no luck!!!
So I am still working on it but so far no success!

I did not make one. Last year was a very bad year for me, lost my job, came close to getting a divorce. Went on interview after interview and never getting the job. It's a wondr I did not eat more.
I just wanted this year to be different and I am doing this all for me! I did not change my eating habits until after the new year. And in less than a month I am down more tyhan 10 lbs which isn't all that much when you have a 100 to lose. I think of it as I am down 10%. But I am not denying myself either. I have ht the 10lb mark so now I get to buy something just for me!

I didn't really make one...
DH and I talked a lot about getting more physically and financially fit this year though, so I guess that counts.
I've lost about 5 lbs., but I've not been trying to my full potential...and as far as the finances go, we are actually doing well :)

I had three resolutions and they were in this priority order ...
Sleep More
Move More (10,000 steps a day)
Eat Less/Eat Better
I'm doing great on all three! I'm getting 7.5 - 8 hrs sleep very night except two ... worked late on a project for work one night ... and just had insomnia one night.
I have walked my dog a 1/2 hr every morning since the first of the year and I have average 10k steps a day all month ... though there are days I don't get 10k, the average was the goal this month ... February ... 10k everyday! I've kept a food journal. I've averaged just over 1400 calories per day for the month and I had only one day over 2000 calories (DH's birthday! It was only 2200, not a huge issue).
I FEEL GREAT! The fact that I'm loosing weight is good too, but my resolutions were all about feeling better!
