Weight related: I'm really going to give this 3-hour diet my best effort and I'm going to get disciplined about exercising again now that I'm not sick.
Non-weight related: I'm going to remember every day how lucky I am! For example, this morning when I got on the Nordic track all grumbly and creaky I stopped my complaining with a stiff reminder of how fortunate I am not to have health problems related to my obesity! I can stop problems before they happen!!!
Not really goals... I try to drink as much water as I can and to do somthing physical although I have yet to incorporate real exercise. I do tend to walk alot when I am working. I try to make each week a little better than the on before...
my goals this week are to lose 2 pounds and get under the 240s that have been haunting me for wwwwaaaayyyyy too long! and drink more water (I drink around 50 oz per day)
Secondly, non-weight-related goals.....To organize my bathroom drawer! It's making me crazy! I have little baskets to organize, just a matter of finding 10 or 15 minutes to go do it!
Non-weight loss related goal ~ To finish a scrapbook of a conference I had gone to for 8 years . . . I got 32 pages done over the weekend and I'm not even half way there yet!
