Alright Ladies, we need to get motivated! Lets make a huge playlist of songs you like to listen to while working out, and we'll compile a big upbeat work-out playlist!

I'll get us started

Hung Up & Sorry by Madonna
Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger by Daft Punk
Shout! by the Isley Brothers
Astounded by Bran Van 3000

How come I never saw that post earlier? I triple checked the board yesterday.

I think it's a great idea!! I personally watch TV while I do my stationary bike, but I've been wanting to buy an MP3 player for a long time. Not much contribution eh?

I guess I'm bumping up for the rest of the members!

I am currently building / looking for a good list right now. I got a player for Christmas and so far the kids have used it more than I have. I did find a couple of web sites where people post their lists and make different mixes for different activities. But I haven't really had a chance to look at them. So, see I wasn't much help either. LOL.

Okay remember I'm an old-timer at 44, but if I work out to music Prince is at the top of my list! Completely funky! My favorite album is New Power Generation--favorite song Love Machine. There's also some great Fat Boy Slim that makes me move!

I want to get this. Do you really like it? have you tried more than one version? I don't know which one to get.

It's Still Rock and Roll to Me
You May be Right

Yeah...I'm Old, and for me, disco will never be dead...

One that is funky but fantastic is called "Chaiyya Chaiyya". It's only just become available on iTunes. It's a "Bollywood" song, so I can't understand what the heck they are saying, but has a great rhythm to keep you moving. It's one of this Irish Catholic's favorite iTunes!

P.S. - If you've seen the movie "Inside Man" with Denzel Washington, Clive Owen (?) and Jodie Fisher, it's in the opening scenes.

This would sound really corny, but there goes anyways: "Hero" everytime I hear this song I just want to go up and run
