1. to start journaling again
2. drink at least 48 oz of water a day
3. try to walk more often. I walked today and it felt good but my legs hurt, think I will just have to suffer through the pain until some weight loss occurs to help me there.
Hoping to get my treadmill before Feb is over too.
4. lose 4 lbs for the month!!

You can definitely do it!!! I've got your back sista in weight loss!!!!

I sure hope so,. all this eating out while working on the house has gotten me completely addicted to fast food again when I was on the verge of breaking the addiction. The bright side, I am kinda sorta SICK of FF. LOL
So maybe that will help me out once and for all. My goal is concentrate on eating well during the workday and then have a normal meal with my family at night. I hope it works cuz though I cheated and stepped on the scales this morning and they are back down to 255.6 from 258.8 I am still angry they went up that 8 lbs in the first place!!

You go Angela!! You can do it!! You can meet those goals.
Are you facing what I face with eating? I am a good girl all day at work and once I return home I just want to unwind and eat!

I can never convince DH that it's quicker, cheaper, and better for everyone to open a can of soup and make a quick sandwich than to run to Burger King. When I was sick last week he took the kids to the drive-thru twice. It's not like he even enjoys it! (We always have raw veggies around too which the kids eat without even thinking about it.) Oh well, onward and upward! Annie
Have you tried cooking in bulk and freezing? I heard a lot of people are successful with this. Even if it's not done on regular basis, but when everybody is bummed, you can just grab something from the freezer. It never works for us though cuz dh doens't eat "leftover food" or "frozen food". *eye roll* Men!
What I do is do the prep work in the morning (I have meats thawed from the night before).. I just set up everything and when I come home, I just light the stove and I'm done. Again, if it's a crazy morning, then fat chance about that happening LOL (and I only have one kid who
They won't eat meat that has been cooked and put in the fridge or freezer so I end up throwing it away so no fraid that won't work cuz dh is too picky!!!
