**Indoors. I LOVE to be outdoors and take walks and stuff, but the weather is cold and snowy right now, too hot in the summer and besides no one can see me in here. :o)

**If I had someone to go with me, I might say gym. But for now I'll stick with my own routine.

**I have to eat the smaller frequent snacks/meals. (although some of them are larger than smaller. lol) otherwise I seem to have the munchies constantly. even worse in that 2pm to dinner time and then the 7pm till bed time.
Drink water... or... Drink other stuff than water
**I love my diet soda and some coffee! (not at the same time) But I am slowly replacing them with water. I switched to water with meals and save the pop for an in between treat.

I like both. If the weather is nice and I have time to be out I feel like exercising is effortless. Inside I know that I can control it and not make excuses.

I've not had good luck with gyms. I feel like you have to allot more time for exercise if you have to include driving time, possible waiting time for equipment, and at least some attention to what you're wearing. (Not a prerequisite at home.)

I'd honestly prefer one big honking 1200 calorie, but I know that's bad for the old metabolism. LOL I am three days into the 3-hour diet and so far I've just been feeling like I'm not ready for eating when it's time and when it's over it wasn't satisfying. I'm going to stick with it though!

I used to blab all the time and found out that for me it's demotivating. I think that's one of the reason WW didn't appeal to me. Too much pontificating, too much whining, not enough focus on action.

Living in Alaska outdoors isn't practical, but I would like to be able to go out and walk, can't wait for summer

I do both, I go to the gym with my husband 3 days a week for workouts, 3 days a week with the kids to swim and I work out at home on my own

I struggle with this one, I don't like the frequent meals thing but I also don't do well with three squares, Right now I am lucky to get in three snacks and one meal
