February Goals

Okay I finally figured out what my goals are for Februrary:
1. exercise-Work up to 65 mins 2 days a week, 40 mins the other 3 and strength train 3 days a week
2. Stop eating 2 hours before going to bed
3. eat 3 meals, and at least 1 snack
4. drink water!-at least 64 oz a day
5. no alcohol-except special occasions, no Fridays don't count lol
6. take vitamin every day
7. brush teeth
And if I meet the goals at least 80% of the time, or lose 4 pounds,

These are excellent goals. And I love that you are planning a reward based on effort...and one that could be a little sexy (new undies) and yet exercise oriented (sports bra). Seems like you have all your bases covered!

You can do it! those sound like great goals and a nice reward. But darn, I thought Fridays were spacial. ;o) I like that the reward isn't all or nothing. Especially since it is related to both your outcome and you effort.
