January goals - February goals

So January is over and my Healthy Lifestyle plan is moving along just great!
I had 4 goals for January and I made 3 of them! I lost 10 pounds, I drank 100+ ounces of water each day (I actually averaged 172), and I walked 1 mile each day (gotta love Walk Away The Pounds!). My blood sugar reading in the morning is still not where I want it, but it is getting better!
For February I am once again setting 4 small goals.
#1 – lose between 5-10 pounds
#2 – drink 100+ ounces of water a day
#3 – continue to walk 1 mile a day, but try to walk 1.5 most days
#4 – continue to get blood sugar lower
Just thought I’d share!

You should be very proud of what you accomplished.
Keep up the excellent work.

It's easy to join...each week, in the Challenges Section, Mary starts a new thread for the week. You create a post, usually on Monday, and list the days of the week. Then each day you work out, you edit it and add what you did. If you know the miles, you can put that, or if you do something else, you just write what you did and for how long, and Mary does a magical conversion. She tallies everyones miles for the week too.
Mary (that girl is amazing and BUSY) has the beginning of our route worked out, and along the way, we 'visit' members and they give us a 'tour'. If you look in the section, there are a lot of posts that make this a little clearer.
It isn't a competition challenge, its a group-effort challenge, and the more people who 'play' the faster we'll get to visit everyone. We started in Florida, and I think we'll hit Savannah Geoorgie when this week is tallied. Angela's hoping we get to Alabama in time to 'help her pack' for her move in February!
Anyway, its a lot of fun and if you're walking, you might as well 'walk' with us!
