Hi guys,
This morning I was going through some of my kids older video tapes (Barney, Sesame Street, and other "baby" stuff that they are way too sophisticated for), and I came across a Kathy Smith video from 1988! I used to do it religiously in the olden days when I was young. (This is how my 7 y.o. refers to the days before DH and I were married.) Anyway, I did the workout today and it was awesome! I love my treadmill, I love Leslie and the WATPs, but this moved every muscle. It has a long warm up and a long cool down but 40 minutes of fat-burning aerobics. It was so nice to vary my routine and great to challenge myself.
What do you have around your place that's been collecting dust? Videos or DVDs you haven't used? Weights? A jump rope? A routine is a good idea, but mixing it up keeps things fresh!
