Today I HAVE to clean up this house! The boys had a long weekend with no school on Friday and Monday and it really shows.
But after last week, goal #1 for today is to put in one of my tapes and get some exercise! no excuses!

I am going to start working on mindful eating, eating only when I'm hungry and not eating until I'm stuffed.
I also need to work on cleaning up my room and living room.
