Frustrated!!

I have gained 7 pounds since the begining of the year. Since the end of January I have been eating and exercising more than before. I am getting rather frustrated, I haven't lost any inches either.

SIGH......

So I am going to try uping the intensity of my workouts and cut out some things from my normal eating. Hopefully with will work.....I am running out of other ideas.

Sarah, did you consider having a medical check up? It might be your thyroid or something that's causing this.

Lot of {{hugs}} I know how it feels to be trapped and not losing. Keep exercising and cutting calories to a reasonable level.

Sarah, I don't have much advice to offer, but I can commiserate. I did followed the 3-hour diet religiously and got back on track with exercise for a month and still gained. I applaud you for your determination. For me all that effort with poor results really made me throw up my hands. I'm getting back on track with food but still haven't gotten back with exercise. Argh! Sometimes I think that in the process of getting this heavy it really screws up your body's ability to lose. Whatever the case, hang in there! Annie

I have considered a check up, but I don't have any insurance and I don't want to find a doctor that takes uninsured patients. Along with I can't really afford it either. However dh my make me go soon because my hip still hurts (from a little more than a month ago.)

I am planning on getting a trial membership at a gym that will test your RMR to tell you how many calories you need.

One more thought, can you afford to see a nutritionist to put you on the right track? I saw 2 nutritionists before (at different times) when I was stuck in a rut. Althought I was eating right, but it didn't work and seeing the nutritionist and changing the variety/composition of the food really helped kick me back in the right direction. I am considering seeing one this Saturday for the same reason.

Also you can follow an online plan. It will still offer
