I was curious if everyone would post the progress. It is always nice to see where everyone is at in this struggle sometimes. I know I don't usually post mine either but.........

Angela,
I post my weight stats all the time, and I don't measure - but here is the stat that I am the most proud of.

On Saturday, I will have been on this journey for
FORTY SIX months

I know people who've met, married, and divorced in less time than that...

That's more time than it took me to earn my degree (only a little more, but still)

I stayed strong through a nightmare year at work, through two new bosses, through my mother's stroke(and recovery), through moving to a new home, through my brother's deployment to Iraq (and safe return)...no matter what, for forty six months, I've remembered that this is what I really want and need to do...and I've stayed on the journey...

Thanks for asking.

My progress is always shown in my ticker. Right now I'm 247/221/165 (first big goal)

SJ, that is a FANTASTIC stat. I am so glad you shared! Congrats for sticking to it through all the hard times, and you described some pretty hard ones. You are an absolutely amazing person.

Merry, that is weird, your first goal is my goal weight. LMAO

That is the top end of my idea weight on all the charts but I may stop before I get there cuz my goal is to be a comfortable weight again. Well let me rephrase, not stop but will be happy if I stop losing at a size I am comfy at and healthy at.

The charts put me at 150, but 165 is a size I've maintained for a long time and I'm very comfortable with it. I was a size 8/10. But that was pre-baby so I'm not sure if my body will look the same now. So i'm re-evaluating once I get there.

I was a 12/14 at 185 and very happy with the way I looked, but like you that was before my last two were born. I had Kaiti but what helped there was I was underweight before having her...LMAO So I was healthy finally after having her. I got back to 140 and slowly gained back up to 185 due to meds but I was working out so it was okay. Now I don't work out, have had 2 more kiddos and don't know what I will look like at 185 either so like you and others I am playing it by ear and when I am comfy in my own skin I will not worry so much.

I am 289/240/150 and still incredibly frustrated and getting to that point where I want to give up. It won't happen, out of everything else in my life this is one thing I have control over and I will eventually win this war.
