For me, it's usually right after I get back from work till supper time (usually just an hour later). I'm usually starving. I decided to allow myself to have something until supper. Because if I don't have anything, I usually revenge
I struggle just before it's time for my kids to come home from school. Lunch has worn off and I know I should look for a healthy snack, but that's when I'm dying to cram in some junk! What's been working for me is having a more substantial lunch so that I'm not so ravenous. I have a piece of fruit if I'm hungry and then find something to do! Annie
usually right after I get home from work and just before bed.. I try to eat an apple on my way home from work, and then before bed, i'll have a glass of milk.. but on a really bad "munchie" night I'll eat the baked tostito chips and salsa..
usually when i get home from work until dinner. i try to have some soup or an apple just something - if i am extremely hungry i will have an early dinner i do try to have a snack before leaving work but that isn't feasible every day.
My problem is I can go all day without being even a little bit hungry and then be ready to eat everything in the house in the evening. SO I make myself eat little bits through out the day to stave that whole situation off. But I cannot eat in the morning, just can't do it.
I too walk in the door at night and the switch flips...I don't think I'm hungry until I'm home and if I let myself I could eat from then until bed.
It has helped me a lot to eat more during the day. Also, to know that I am not eating from the time I clear the table after supper until I put cheerios in a bowl and take them to bed. There's no choice involved - should I have this or that? I know the answer is 'Is it cheerios? NO. Are you going to bed now? NO' OK then, do the math...
But this is just the second week of this experiment, so I don't know if it will stick.
I work nights so when i am at work is the hardest time for me. everyone is eatting takeout or someone is bringing in ymmie treats or its a party for someone. I try to stay in the front and not go in the back confrence roon where we all sil

If I let myself go to long, I'm usually starving around dinner time, but that's only if I am out running around and I can't eat at my normal time.
