Well it is almost April and it is time for another change. Exercise kinda suprised me this month and just natuarally occurred. Wasn't planned and wasn't a goal but it happened that way anyways. HOWEVER, despite exercise and water I have stop losing anything and have actually gained a bit. Not much but still. I am hoping most of it is due to PMS but ...........can't be sure so.....Here I am trying to decide what to change next month.


This is me asking for suggestions. I am going to change little by little cuz I know if I do this big drastic change I will fail like i have so many times before. I know I can't go too low on calories or I will gain, Yea I am weird, if I eat less than 1800 calories I find

Mary that is a great idea. Right now we are averaging.......oh I would stay twice a week at least. Sometimes more depending on who is cooking but I buy more chicken than anything. DH isn't fond of turkey and if I cook chicken the same way every time he won't eat it either. LOL Right now though we are averaging eating out about 4 times a week as well for various meals. Weekends tend to be go go go and so most of the time we will have bfast out on weekends. Better choices when eating out would definitely benefit me. Hmmm I think I need to choose between those 2.
