My thighs and behind are sore. I walked with dh to his bus stop, which is 2 miles away. So I walked 4 miles outside yesterday and now I'm sore. I forgot what a difference hills make!


So, I added exercising twice a week outside to my goals for the month. I really enjoyed being outside too, and I really hope the weather

Yeah! Sorry to hear that you're aching, but look at you go!!!! I knew your spunky side was going to kick in! Not a thing wrong with taking advantage of your free time. That's awesome Sarah!

Way to go Sara, this is a great addition to your goals. Sometimes when I feel sore after a workout.. it just feels so good LOL.. as if you can "seel" the results of what you're doing instantly.
