It's May 9th!

Okay, it's really only April 9th, but let's pretend it's May 9th and we're looking back in time. What happened in the past month? Did you lose pounds or inches? Did you meet your exercise goals? What did the last month look like for you?
What are your achievements?

Here are some of the things that I will be looking back on when it's May 9th:

I would be ecstatic to find that I was finally only "overweight" instead of "obese".

Looking back it would probably go like this:
Exercise goal - not achieved
Weight Loss goal for month - achieved with a loss of about 15 pounds(I average about .5 pounds per day on this plan)
Wow, I was scared for a minute - I know time flies but...
One month from today I plan to have been on my 'new' eating plan for seven weeks - and to have picked something other than food to focus on for May. I hope that what I am working on this month - more protein, bringing my lunch two days a week, not eating between dinner and bedtime - will have become habits.
And June 1 will mark FOUR years on this journey for me, and I am thinking about how I want to 'celebrate'. So by May 9, I hope I have a good idea and am getting ready to put it into action.

I'll look back and feel wonderful about going to the new nutritionist and getting great results. I'll be down to 210 and ready for a great summer. I will also look back at 4 fantastic weeks where I stuck to my exercise plan and will feel wonderful about doing so.
Remember this?
May 9th is almost here.. honestly, how are you holding up?

I met the part of the goal to stay on my eating plan-I drank more in the past month than I am happy about, and I missed some protein servings, but all in all I stayed on plan.
I'm working on getting back to stairs and walking more, so although I'm only working on it, I do feel like I've met that part of the goal as I'm focusing on something besides food this month.
I still do not know how I want to mark four years-I'd like to really purge my closet, but that seems more like work than a reward-but I would feel good if I got it done. I'll have to keep thinking.

I did go to the nutritionist.. and according to his scale I am down below 210lbs.. SO I'll call these 2 goals achieved, sort of (home scale is still a bit higher)
I had another goal of sticking to an exercise plan, which I haven't even started.
