This week my goal is to be 100% on plan. I have been being to lazy and need to get back on track. I am also going to pay more attention to using the hunger scale.
I'm feeling much better, and I am actually on a normal sleep schedule. I have no idea how that happened I haven't had a "normal" sleep schedule since before high school.
I found a way to get more exercise in than I plan. I started my walk with my sil
So far so good, I am still at 100%. On wednesday I had a really hard time, we had fast food for dinner and I had a hard time not ordering fries. Now for the hard part....I have a REALLY hard time on the weekends.

Sara, you can't belive how happy I am to be reading this. You sound so positive and sounds like you are really determined to do this.
Congratualtions on a terrific start!! You did a terrific job with that walk... And congrats on getting to a normal sleep schedule.

The funny part is when I was depressed is when I started losing weight again LOL. I have been being really good with my 1 chocolate limit for the day.
So far I have done all of my goals, although yesterday I had to drink a lot of water a little while before I went to bed to make that goal.
