So what a long time I ended up being stuck, I was getting so unmotivated and so close to quitting, but I am here to stay!!! I can beat this. I am on a new plan for eating and supplements and am back to losing about 1/2 lb a day. I am hoping to up it even more so now that spring is here and I can get outside and walk and ride bikes. But I am back on track and should surpass the 50lbs lost mark this week and be on my way to 60lbs most!!! I need to come up with a new goal for my 30th birthay, on June 4th. I originally wanted to be below 200 but getting stuck for over a month killed that idea. Now I am not sure, but will put some thought into it and decide sometime this week.

Dion--I am one of those people who gets rid of everything if I grow out of it or get too big, so I have nothing left of my skinny clothes. But I may have to treat myself to a few summer type clothes for my birthday because almost everything I own is hanging on me and I hate the way I look all baggy and everything. I have been sneaking a few of hubbys items here and there, no way could I wear his jeans, he wears 33's, but his sweats and a few of his shirts fit. Feels good to be able to say, this is hubby's shirt, ynwim?

Congratulations!!! It's a great feeling to start losing again. I know you can make it to the 50lbs, 60lbs, 70lbs, and so on. Can't wait until I hear you celebrating the 50lbs mark this week :)

What did you change in your plan to achieve this? Did you get professional help?

Mary--Oddly enough I realized that part of the problem was that I had stopped taking my fiber supplements when I ran out. I didn't realize how big of an impact they had on my weight loss. I also started keeping better track of my intake and knowing what I am eating. I stopped eating after 5pm because I know that is one of my downfalls and it allows me to be hungry enough to eat in the morning. It also gives me control over the food, I still crave things but if its after 5 its off limits and I feel good knowing I have that will power. Thankfully I don't have craveings during the day, just in the evening. And I am doing at least 60 minutes of activity a day, yesterday it was walking around downtown Fairbanks with my hubby, sometimes its swimming, sometime stationary biking. I get bored easy.LOL!! But I am really antsy now that it is spring and I want to get out and be active.
