I gained 12 lbs. I'm making a couple mild excuses; i was wearing jeans when I weighed in, this past weekend was my birthday (cake... woo), but 12 pounds is a lot of backtracking. Since it's going to warm up later in the week, Aaron and I are going to go play some basketball, and possibly soccer. I'm also going to get brave and break out the ol' skipping rope (the sports bra I can finally fit in will come in handy).

I hate hate HATE gaining weight, but this too shall pass. Next month, I get my curves membership, and once I have all my ducks in a row, I'll be flyin'.

A belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Were you weighing the same time you usually do? Cuz I can gain 5lbs from morning to the evening just for water weight and actual food weight. Still I don't think it can account for the full 12lbs. But you know what? Once you get back on track you'll lose this in notime (some of it is bound to be water weight). I have this theory that if you get to the weight gain quickly, it doesn't "stick" LOL..

Welcome back on the weight loss wagon
