Who's on track today? How's your day going so far?

If you're not on track, what's keeping you? Take a deep breath, have a glass of water.. and there.. you're on track now.. how does that feel?

What will you do to make sure you stay on track today?

so far, so good. Drank 4 glasses of water already, and avoided eating that last peice of birthday cake! I haven't exercised yet, but theres half a day left, and I know I need to do my weights tonight.

I'm doing well so far...had a good breakfast (though a little small, getting a snack now) and then did 2 hours of cardio. Going to be out for lunch and dinner and I'm not sure what the menus are like so I'm going to do my best!

I did breakfast, did a litre of water, did an hour on the recumbent bike (thanks to a decent book to read), soon it will be lunch time and then I am hoping to get weights done tonight. So far I am energized and happy!!

Trying to start again today. I think the loss of life at VT made me finally wake up and realize I need to change. I did exercise for the first time in months. Baby steps

I am on track today...Course it is not even 8am yet! ;-) I had a nice breakfast and a water already today, I have two kids home today one sick and one just home (the 3yo) I will use the sick 10yo (who is not THAT sick, I guess I was feeling soft this morning) to watch the little guy at nap time (heres hoping there is one)and get a stationary bike ride in later this afternoon. I am off to record breakfast in my food log and then I will be ready to get some work done around here.

Oh yeah, and since I went shopping yesterday, having a freshly stocked fridge will keep me on track today.
