Hello all,
I'm Misha, and was on this board for a little less than a year, making slow but steady progress.
Misha,
Hey! We're in the same boat. I was doing well, slowly but surely losing and now I'm back to where I started when I first started posting. Guess that's what we get for neglecting the board ;0) I didn't realize how much it of an effect it had on me. Good luck and welcome back. We'll both get back on track.

I am in the same position as you! I noticed the scale sliding up and am kicking myself for not doing something sooner (Denial...not just a river, huh?). I also find this board very supportive and a great tool to helping me stay on track. I keep telling myself that the most important part is starting, which for some reason I always seem to find the hardest. Please keep us posted on your progress and best of luck! Remember this is a walk in the park for us, this time around, we know everything we have to do!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome, and suggestions! Nowhere else would people understand that it can be a victory of sorts just to NOT gain over the course of a year... and yes, those of us starting again do have a real edge. All those good habits should come back to us with less of a struggle this time around. Yum, more water! Who would have thought I'd ever be saying THAT a year ago, LOL?
Day 2, and I'm still feeling optimistic. Heck, I may even exercise today!
glad to see that you're back!!

Absolutely, Cairo is the best! (Note to self: must find a way to get over there again soon, and meet Mary... and her little cutie pie Mark!)
It seems that I really do need the accountability of this board (and the support) to get where I want to go, so I should be sticking around... if I know what's good for me!
