Here is something goofy (I know its not Friday, but it took me a while to think of this)
I can put on my socks while I am standing up. i don't know why this seems like a huge time saver to me, but since I sleep until the last possible second every day, the fact that I can carry my socks down the hall and put them on while my oatmeal is cooking seems incredibly efficient to me. I bet I save five seconds a day...
