This is an exercise I used to do in Guidance Council. We list a little toast to everyone. For instance:
May your boots become ever closer to being tied, May the treadmill always be available, and May you soon fit into those jeans you bought 4 years ago before you noticed you had gained weight (yeah... that one's mine :P).
Anyways, if we can compose a list of them, I can compile it and post it when we're done, then we can all print it off and put it on a bulliten board or up on the fridge, and May it inspire you in your war against weight!

May your tummy enter a room the same time you do, not before.
May you always have the motivation and energy to get out there and get moving, with some to spare!
May you one day soon be happy with both your inside and your out ( This one is definitely one I need )
May your fridge and cabinets be always filled with healthy, but delicious foods.
And Ralph Marston said "Your goals, minus your doubts, equal your reality." I think that says it all!
