Hi all...
I've noticed that we all (myself included!) have a tendency to focus on all the things that aren't going right, that we aren't doing right, or that we wish we could be better at. So I thought I'd start something new around here and get a post going that helps us remember all the successes that we have had in the past, in work, in family, in relationships, in schooling, whatever it might be.
So here it is...
What's going well in your life right now?

Great idea!
Mine is non-weight related. I've been working on a project at work that finished this weekend, and my e-mail all week has been filled with 'thanks' and 'congratulations' messages-and from some people who are knowm to be hard to please, and from many who are 'higher-ups' in the company. I'm pleased for me, but especially for my group who has worked very hard for a long time with little recognition.

Keep it up!

Good for you for not letting the crap at work get to you!
I know for me, when I start looking at the positive, it colors everything in a better way - and I feel stronger in facing my weight loss goals (and other goals) head on when I remind myself of all the victories in my past and future!
