Struggling after Gastric Bypass

Hello!
I am new to ivillage. I had my Gastric Bypass, 12/12/05. I have lost 100 pounds. My BMI has gone from 56 to 40. I had been losing rather quickly, but now...I have hit a PLATEAU. I need to know what to do to continue losing weight.I am feeling down & frazzled! I started at 330 pounds. My goal is a healthy 145 pounds. I attend monthly nutrition classes and two support groups. Most of the people in the support groups have had the Lap band procedure. I exercise almost every day. Is anyone in the same situation or have you encountered this before. HELP! Thanks!! Hi KD,
I am trying to kick start my NEW program today! I will be logging everything! I liked your comments on where you were when you started and how afterwards you did not even break a sweat. I need to rethink my exercise routine. Today, I am biking to the gym for a little extra "KICK". I'll keep you posted. How have you lost your weight? What kinds of things are you doing that have helped you to lose the weight You are getting closer to your goal. Keep up the GREAT work! Dancer Chic
