Describe your plan for getting healthy: Cutting out fast food. I am in a 6 month no fast food challange right now!! I count my calories and exercise. For exercise I walk at the park or I do a workout video....I have like a million of them. My favorite kind of video is STEP AEROBICS! I am trying to get into pilates as well....it is soooo good for your body!

Family: Married to a WONDERFUL man for almost 2 years. We have 2 kitties - Miso & Toshio who are our "kids", but we're working on getting ourselves some of the human ones...

Start weight/current weight/goal weight: 225/225/130 (not quite 100, but close enough)
Describe your plan for getting healthy: My hubby & I are doing the zone diet. Since we both work and we're trying to sell our loft, we have no time to cook so we're trying the delivery service. We just started this week. So far so good. The food is tasty & I don't really feel like I'm missing out on anything, yet. I have a gym membership that I don't use. It's in my office complex too, which is even more pathetic. My husband just switched job locations so he's going past my office every day. We're going to start to carpool - he gets off later so I have to find something to do for an hour and a half so I'll go to the gym... We'll see how long that plan lasts...

Describe your plan for getting healthy: Trying to make better choices, changing one thing at a time. I haven't lost much weight but I am losing inches. I watch calories/fat intake somewhat too.

Describe your plan for getting healthy *I have seen a nutritionist and got an idea of what a serving is, how much of what to eat and how many calories to stick within. I have also begun exercising about 2.5 months ago. I havent lost a lot of weight but I think I have gained some muscles and toned some.

Describe your plan for getting healthy - I'm working on a full self healthy makeover - not just losing weight and getting in shape, but emotionally and mentally as well. It started with a 6-week intensive "all about me" vacation where I took classes in nutrition, did some medical testing, met with a counsellor several times, worked out with a personal trainer and ate healthier than I have in years! I now know what to do and (mostly) how to do it. It's one day at a time - eating 'cleanly' (little to no additives and preservatives) and as many 'whole foods' as possible. Also, some form of exercise every day either at the gym, or taking walks - making my entire life less sedentary and more active. I want to participate more in life!

Plan for getting healthy - try to limit calories to 1300-1400 per day, eat more fruits and vegetables, make sure I'm getting enough fiber and protein every day, jog 4 miles most days, training for first 5K race, walk dog 2 miles in evening, would also like to restart upper body weight training and pilates
