It really reminded me of the importance of exercise as we travel this journey, especially when compared to calorie restriction alone.

That's a really interesting article, and I think it speaks to the question that Staci asked last week about what it means to be "healthy."

I posted on the board before that I believe some skinny people are not as healthy as they look, but I had no idea the numbers were that high.


Thanks for the article.. what I think is interesting is how they linked exercise to being healthier rather than restrictive diets. Definitely something to think about for me.
