Well, I've stuck to my plan: lots of veggies, select grains, all whole wheat, cut down sugars and salts, exercise daily, sometimes 2 or 3 times, drinking near obscene amounts of water, and curves 3X weekly. And I've GAINED 10lbs??? Auuugh!!! I'm going back to slimfast, ladies. I lost 25lbs on it, and now I've gone and gained 2/3 of it back.
At any rate, my January-May goal failed, and I can only look forward to the rest of the year, and what I can do now. I have made some alterations to my plan: i'm cutting out tea, except for herbal, and I'm going down to a quarter of a teaspoon/mug. I'm starting my exercise videos again, and going back to doing my weights. Curves is fantastic, but I need to really REALLY commit myself to this if I want to see results in time for "the big day"!!!

That is so
weird.. I'm sorry you're going through this. It really sucks when you're doing everything right and you are rewarded by a gain in the scale. All I can think about
