Okay I was pretty sick for a couple weeks and lived off cold convienence foods like popsicles, sugar free pudding, sugar free jello, and sugar free ice cream. Towards the end of my sinus problems and once the fever broke I added mashed potatoes and mashed yams and other soft foods ( my throat was still pretty raw from strained vocal cords). Now that I am feeling 100% better I have started back to my lifestyle change and eating only what appears to be good for me except for the occassional treat! During that 2 week period I was unable to exercise because of the fever and just feeling so crappy. But now as of today I am back to the gym. Thank god because I missed her. Call me crazy but I missed the aching muscles caused by the strength training! It's amazing how once your in a routine u miss said routine. Anyway good luck everyone!!!!!!

OK, you're crazy. <> But good-crazy, if you've missed the gym activity that much! So glad you're feeling better and are itching to get back on plan. Good luck to you, too!
