hey everyone, was thinking about trying a cleansing system called isagenix to help lose some weight as well as exercise of cousrse have gym membership go 4days week. Has anyone tried it or know of others and seen first hand results? all the info i see is all positive so naturally i am a little skeptical besides the fact its expenisve dont wanna waste money if i dont have to, so please if anyone has any bad or good review let a sista know. read a bunch a blogs from people selling it want to know from someone else thanks.

I've tried it...and I wouldn't recommend it. First of all, it doesn't taste very good - and if you're going to be using it as a meal replacement for that period of time you want something that's somewhat palatable. Second, it's expensive. And third, I think you can get very similar results, and eat more balanced foods, by sticking to products that don't have all the chemicals, additives and preservatives. Of course all the sites that you've seen are pro-product...they're trying to sell the product because they make money on you buying it.
I would suggest finding a local health food store - or even a Whole Foods - and asking someone about their cleanses. You can do a 1-day to 2-week cleanse for a variety of prices, using natural and whole foods and sometimes a tea or supplement, that will 'clean out' your system in a more gentle way.
Just my two cents.

I knew a lady that was selling it, she used it for a couple months with her mother. They lost some weight, but as soon as they stopped they gained the weight back.
It also so seemed they were more into selling the selling of it and not the product. If you know what I mean.
