I'm thinking of joining weight watchers and wondering your views on the topic.

If only I knew how to calculate my points in the first place then I wouldn't have to go! But I think having support from local people would be helpful too.

(Except that most people that go to weight watchers are half the size of me!)

Is WW plan easy to stick to? Would you recommend it?

Comments would be appreciated.

I really believe in WW as a way to live the rest of your life. You can find all kinds of info online, but if you really need accountablity and support then go to the meetings. You'll be amazed at the help and info the leaders and other members have. Everyone has BTDT and don't forget that the people who are half the size of

I recommend WW - I live the program. i have been a lifetimer for 3½ years. Its a very healthy food program with encouraging a healthy lifestyle as well.

don't worry about your size - many people there were much larger when they joined. I am a perfect example of it (notice my starting weight below)

you have the option of two programs and how to incorporate them into your person lifestyle with the leaders very willing to help guide you. you will be encourage to exercise, drink water, and journal. Its not a diet but a lifestyle change.

Good luck
