Feeling better about myself!

Today was a good day for me, I am happy to say! Today was my 2nd wedding anniversary and it was really enjoyable. DH and I got up and we went for a walk for about 30 min and then later in the day I swam 25 laps in my parents pool so I feel like I got plenty of exercise. I ate healthy today, DH cooked a nice late lunch for our anniversary and then I had a nice late dinner at my parents house with chicken, mixed vegtables, skim milk and I cut back on my portions. So I just feel really good about doing something right! I just need to keep at it. I just wanted to let you all know! All of you are such an inspiration and I just want to say THANK YOU! -SUSAN

Thank you for the note! It was a great day and I am happy that it was. It was just a nice day to think back on the day we got married and think about the other memories we made in the last two years being married. Yesterday (Tuesday) was a great day too, I got a lot accomplished in the house and I ate well too. Thanks for the motivation! -Susan
