Week 2 results:

Sorry this is so late, been a crazy weekend and day! I did very well last week, i walked 30 min every day monday through friday and stayed on my mini meal program , I wasnt hungry and I did not deprive myself of anything, if i did eat something I had such a small amount that it wouldnt put me into calorie over kill.... that was monday through friday! lol .... now comes the weekend... saturday... i had 3 meals all day .. a nice bowl of cherrios and 2% milk.. followed by 4 hours later an arbys roast beef and cheese with a handful of fries.. i gave the dog the rest, and than 3 hours after that I had the best smoked ribbs ever with a few bites of potatoe, texas toast and cole slaw.. not exactly the healthiest of choices, not only that but where the portions were smaller they definatly did not fit into my mini meal program of eating every 2.5 hours something small like half an apple or carrots or something... sunday was not much better.. by 1 i had a 1/2 slice of cake, a bite of cup cake and was starving as we did not eat breakfast so when we finally got to eat lunch it was a bacon cheeseburger and 4 onion rings, topped off with pie... dinner was a baby bowl of beef stew... yesterday wasnt too bad i had 1/2 a sandwich when i got up at 2 lol and for dinner i had a grilled chicken sandwich using 1 peice iof bread 1/2 cup mach and cheese and a few tator slices. Ok so I weighed in today and my goal was 3 pounds so that would have put me at 294.5, however the scale today was in my favor of 292.00 so i lost a total of 4.5 pounds last week. My waist is currently at 46 1/2 inches. I have an estimated final goal of somewhere between 145-150 however my first goal is 30 pounds and so far i am down 8 pounds! This week I am going to do mini goals again focusing on enjoying food without obsessing ( as much as I can ) and not losing it over the weekends. I plan to continue to walk tuesday - friday and do some aerobic work on the weekends. I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend and I will check in again on Monday!
