My goal for June is to walk 30 minutes a day ,5 days a week ,and would like to lose 10pounds in June

I don't exactly have a June goal, per say, but more so a "by the time I go back to work" goal.. I want to fit into my jeans that I wore before I got pregnant!!! As of right now (of course this is only a week after having the baby) I can fit into a pair of my stretch button pants (they are a size 14 and they stretch) but I want to fit back into my size 12/13s by the time I go back to work.. which is the end of July. So that's MY goal.

My goals for June are to take off another 10-12lbs...
& get 100 miles of walking(WATP) in.

My long term goal is to get back to my goal weight by my birthday at the end of Sept. I had a baby Feb 19th so I am relosing some of the previous 128lbs I lost before!

My goal for June is very different for me. Lately, I am feeling like this journey is driving me instead of the other way around. So my goal in June is to get more balance in my life. To incorporate all of the good things I know to do with more fun things and see where that takes me.

This is the scariest goal I've had yet because it is not so much activity based as feeling based. But I can tell that if I don't back off a little I am headed for major burnout, and I know that it is a whole lot easier to be off plan than on...and that the weight comes on way easier than it goes off. So I am looking to find a balance between having the journey at the center of my life and moving it to the side to make room for other good things.

need to make some goals for June.. not really sure what they should be. I know I want to decrease my diet pepsi consumption.. limit it to maybe 1 cup a day. My original goal was to get down to 202 lbs by the end of June, but I'm ahead of myself and

I need to get back OP...the past 2 weeks have been a mess for me in terms of food and eating patterns. I've managed to keep up my exercise to doing SOMETHING every day (thanks to the Women Walking Challenge) and doing some kind of workout at least 5 days a week. It's the food stuff that's making me fall apart and GAIN back some weight (UGH!)

So, today I started my meal delivery - 5 days a week. I plan to eat only the foods that I'm receiving every day and on weekends to do my best to continue in the same pattern. My hope is that by the end of June I'll be able to lose 10 pounds to get me to my first goal of 225.

Managing my food intake better! I'd love to get down to 238 lbs this month!

I need to eat less but so hard to break the habit of a lifetime - I will keep you updated.

My Goals for June are to focus on meeting my veggie/fruit intake, exercising, portion contol, and only eating when I'm hungry.
