So I have decided, since I am feeling much much better (Now don't get me wrong, I am still in a little bit of pain BUT I am basing this on - I can get out of bed, off the couch, and chase my 2 year old DS without being sore from the c-section!) so I am going to start dieting and exercising.
The exercising, I am only going to start walking as of now.. I don't want to push it, even though I am feeling a lot better. I feel this way, I can take DS and DD with me and DS can run off some of his energy!!
I am going to be eating fruit for breakfast and then something healthy for lunch and dinner. IF I feel the need to snack (which normally I really don't snack anyways) I'll eat fruit or something else that is healthy. I'm going to try to drink lots of water -already been doing that though!
And MAYBE on Monday, I can start with some easy workouts. So I am now reaaaallllly part of the group! lol ;)
