Hello everyone, i am new here i am 27, and i need need to lose over 100lbs.. went to check my blood pressure the other day and it was through the roof, scary enough to get my big behind in gear and do something.....
So i am planing on watching what i eat, so hard with my hubby who is a junk food addict.. and do daily exercises at least 2 times a day.
But most all i just need motivation to do it.

Hello and welcome to the board. I can totally understand when you say your husband is a junk food addict!!! My DH always has to have something sweet on hand and goes thru 3 cases of coke a week!!! You will find alot of support from these ladies!!!

welcome to the board!! I'm Monica, I'm 26 (close to your age :) ... and i have about 150+ lb to lose before I'm at the weight I wanna be at ....good luck in changing your life !!!!!
i've tried it over and over again .... and failed, many times too .... so in order to not fail this time i don't stress if i don't get enough exercise in (though i do try to get in at least 30-45 minutes of walking a day, usually pulling my baby behind me in a wagon lol) ... and i try to just eat better, less fat, and less portions, while watching my calories .... i'm thinking of it as a lifestyle change, and not a diet :)

Wow you sound really more motivated than me, doing exercised twice a day!
I just recently joined a gym, but I'm not that ambitious (yet!)
My challenge is trying to cut down on the food - but I empathise with how difficult that can be.
