Just an update to those who care....LOL
I am not exactly what you would call on track. I am listening to my body which feels like it is in starvation mode when it isn't...some of what it is asking for isn't that bad though. LOL Breathing is still atrocious. Just biding my time til dr. gets back into the office from vacation then the eating situation will get worse before better as I knwo it is time for the steroids if I am to get my breathing back under control. Emotionally I am a lot better!! Physically I am exhausted, my muscles are sore, and I know this all stems from my breathing. Yet I am still working, still going, still helping our friends mov so as not to let her do much. We are trying very hard to get her to let us pamper her and take care of her while she is pregnant. LOL She says she doesnt' know what to do with herself and I keep telling her it is best this way. We don't want to risk anything going wrong this time around. Excited for her as she gets an u/s Monday and we get to see if it is indeed just 1 or 2 babies...LOL (twins are rampant in her family and I know identical isn't supposed to be a genetic thing but her family seems to be trying to disprove that theory). So far she is doing great so thrilled about that. Back to me though (see this gets my mind off me and that is good LOL) I am doing a lot better than I was if only I can get my breathing back under control.
Now the chiro: he seems to be helping me. My head hasn't hurt all week, my neck has been okay, a little tight sometimes but no pain. My back has bothered me good but I have been swollen due to AF and that alone can kill the lower back. It is better now too. So hopefully this whole thing will be worth it and I can get control of my life again. I was helping pack things and though I didnt' pick up and move anything a month ago I would be hurting just from that, today I am fine!! So steps in the right direction. If only he is correct about it helping my asthma too.....LOL

You really know how to cheer someone up!!!
Thank you Misha and Dani. I am feeling a lot better, breathing is better but not the best!! I haven't had to go get the steroids though so........
Chiro thinks he is going to help that too but I am still with holding my judgement!!
Allergies, well I just don't know. Yea I have been told that by several folks just no one in the med feild thinks it!! I do think the extra weight I carry in my waist is contributing to the problem, I have even been told the extra weight in my chest could be contributing as well. Who knows. That is why I wish I had Dani's willpower to drop some weight quick, but no dr I know will allow me to go on a very restricted diet. I don't know why other they they say it is not enough nutrition so maybe they fear worsening problems. Who know!!
I haven't been up to the stairs this month but I am getting better so I hope to be back there next month!!
