I walked halfway to work and then hopped on the bus! THis is day five of my lifestyle change, still feeling pretty good about it. Tonight after work I am gonna go to target abd pick up some healthy foods to get me through the weekend. I may even pick up a cookbook and try some recipes. Unless you have some good ones?
Chicken Cheesy Cups 10 Servings/2 points each (Weight Watchers Points)
1 can buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits) 1 cooked chicken breast cut into small pieces 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup 1 c. peas and carrots 2/3 c. fat free shredded cheddar cheese 1 t. dried parsley flakes 1/2 t. black pepper
Please each biscuit into a muffin pan, pressing the biscuit into the holes and up the sides to form a cup. In a bowl combine all ingredients - mix well. Spoon evenly into cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
I am going to take the kids for a 2 mile walk when the sun starts going down and it cools off some. Its still 90 degrees at 4 pm!!! I wish I lived somewhere that had a real fall season!
I cleaned for about 2 hours straight today. Yesterday I concentrated a lot on not eating to much. Not all of it was healthy, but I did better then normal. Its amazing that just doing that has given me a lot more energy today. Going to be doing a lot of cleaning this weekend. :)
Well, sadly, just a 2 mile walk with the dog. I know it's no excuse, but I've just been so tired lately. I don't sleep well at night. Hopefully tomorrow I'll do better.

I normally just work out in the morning, but when I got home I had so much nervous energy that I decided to pop in another exercise DVD and take my stresses out by exercising instead of eating (or crying)...
So I had a DOUBLE day as a result:
Leslie Sansone WATP Walk and Run DVD Leslie Sansone WATP 4-mile challenge DVD
And best of all I felt a great sense of stress falling off my shoulders as I took my aggressions out by exercise! Whoo-hoo!
