I didn't do much just hanged out the washing and make the bed. My body is playing up still and I got no energy. Might try walk dog tomorrow morning to see if that does any different.
did you all hear about the Walk on Rock on challenge that is going on here on Ivillage this month. Leslie Sansone (the creator of the WATP videos) is the coach for the challenge. I signed up and just wondered if you guys heard about it, it starts today.
I accomplished my 1 mile walk today....it hurt quite a bit by the time I was finished though. But now it isnt hurting as badly as it was yesterday...so its getting better.
