Welcome to the board!! My name is Rebekah and I am 29 years old and have 2 children a daughter who is 7 and a son who is 9. I need to lose almost exactly 100 lbs to get down to about 130. This board is awesome and there are a lot of really nice ladies here.
My suggestion for you would be to start small, take one thing at a time...like start exercising first, and then after a few weeks of that when it starts to feel like you are making a habit of it, then worry about eating a healthy breakfast, then do that for a few weeks, then add in a healthy lunch and keep doing that every few weeks for everything you want to accomplish, and it will slowly get you to your goal and you will be healthy to boot and it wont seem overwhelming that way.
Congratulations on losing 2 lbs!!! Thats a fantastic loss for one week! Weight Watchers is a great program and will definitely work if you put in the effort to follow the program. Im glad you are here and hope to get to know you better!
Just wanted to say welcome! You are among friends who know the struggle of facing that much weight loss. Take it SLOW! That would be my suggestion. Realize that it will take time for everything you change to become a lifestyle...and realize you will mess up. But the other ladies gave really good suggestions too! Welcome, and I look forward to getting to know you better! :)
Thanks I know its hard, and unfortunately I can't afford Weight Watcher or any program but I'm sure that with your guys help, I will be able to lose the weight and keep it off.
