I feel like a million bucks today and I hope everybody else does too! I did my 2 mile walk with the dog (my partner's been doing 5 miles! I'm starting to feel like a wimp. lol), and I did 30 minutes on my exercise, plus I did some arm and upper back work with weights. K, now my arms feel like they're gonna fall off, but do it every day and maybe, juuuust maybe, this flabby underarm thing will go away right? right? LOL

Also proud to say I'll be walking 2 weeks for today in a walk-a-thon for breast cancer. It's 5 miles so I'm building up my stamina in the next two weeks so I can do it with ease! Very excited :-)
Not my first walkathon--the first one I did was 18 miles! That was enough to scare me off for many years, but this one will be lots of fun and is for SUCH a good cause.
