I have been working out at my local gym since July...the only weight i have lost was 6lbs.
Recently i was upset and i haven't went back for 2 weeks...Im trying to get my motivation to go back and i said that this week was the week...I have already started out wrong....I haven't gone today...

From what you've told us I'm guessing that you're starving your body...you're not eating enough and I'm wondering how well the food that you're choosing is actually fueling your body for your workouts.

This is the thing. I was tracking my activites and food on pyramidusda website.
I showed this to my doctor and she said that 1300 calories was too much and i need to go down to 800-900 calories a day. I thought this was crazy so

Hello and welcome to the board! Wow it sure sounds like you arent eating enought. I was put on an 1800 calorie a day diet. Some days I make that and some I'm over and others I'm just shy of making it. I know everyone is different but man that isn't many calories. I would try eating logging your exercise and what you eat everyday maybe you are eating even less than what was recommended for you. I cant offer any other advice but I can tell you you have come to the right place for support and motivation!!!
