I walked this morning about 20 min. then a friend called and we went over to one of the local college campus and walked about 90 min.

WATP 3-mile fat-burning challenge!

I'm trying to mix it up so that I can meet my goal of the 100's in a week! I'm SSOOOOOOO close now, so I'm really trying hard!

Hubby and I took the dog for 30 minute walk and I did some housework yesterday.

10/13- I did 30 mins on the treadmill, 6 mins on the stairmaster, 15 mins stationary bike. Then I did some shoulder strength exercises.

I spent Friday going up and down endless flights of stairs while house hunting w/ a friend. I woke up at 7:30 this morning (a tragedy for me on a weekend) and started all over again *lol* Tomorrow, I will be up and down a ladder while painting my front porch and I will spend at least 3 hours cleaning this house. Just in time for everyone to mess it up come the new work/school week *sigh* skye

Hi 60 minutes of cardio for me and it was the second day of weight training. Im aiming for atleast 30 minutes of cardio tomorrow but we will see how my legs feel since today was the first day I have done 60 minutes of cardio in months!!!!!

Hi Sue!

Actually, I entered it for a day on Thursday (199.8), then bounced back up a bit. Right now, I'm at 200.2 and fighting really really hard to get there!!

I'm just pleased that I'm so incredibly close. I'm going to take a nice long walk in the beautiful California fall we're enjoying, admire the beautiful outdoors, and give thanks to God for the power and strength that's gotten me this far--which includes support and good thoughts from people like you!!!!
