That great news you enjoyed biking riding with your kids. I don't own a bike and now you made me want to get one now.
I think it is awesome you get to do "exercise" with your family and it sounds like you're having fun! This weekend when I visited my sister, one day her 13 year old son walked with us, and the next day both the 13 and 15 year old went. It was fun to have them along and they seemed to enjoy it too.
