okay see my posting on protein shake mixes for 37 great tasting shake recipes and here i will post some off the wall recipes you may not of thought of;
Shake bars 1 per day
1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 3 tbsps water, 1cup skim milk with chocolate protein powder in it, 1 cup quick oats, 2 cups rice krispies
melt together first four ingredients mix in dry ingredientd press flat in a 8 by8 pan refrigerate for 1 hour cut into eight equal bars
Chewy crunchy snack bars
mix together 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, 1 cup protein powder, 1/2 cup ricce krispies, a cup nonfat dry milk and 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup honey, 3 tbsp honey blend together thoroughly press into an 8 by8 pan cut into 8 equal bars
7 oz jar sugar free marshmellow creame, 1-2 tbsp water, 1 cup protein powder 4 cups rice krispies or cocoa krispies
mix mashmellow creme and protein powder add water when mixed add krispies blend together press into an 8 by8 pan makes 8 servings
Peanut Butter Fudge
1 cup protein powder, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup honey 1 cup dry milk mix all ingredientd press in an 8 by8 oan cut into 8 pieces.
summer friut salad
1 6 oz container of vanilla light yogurt 2 tablespoons protein powder mix together and pour over 1/2 cup fresh fruit pineapple or grapes
maple pecan bars
1 cup protein powder, 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, 1-2 cap full maple flavoring, 1/2 cup chopped pecans
mixed all ingredients together press into an 8 by8 pan 8 sevings per pan
lemon crunch bars
1 cup protein powder, 2 tablespoons sugar- free instant lemon pudding mix 1-1/2 cup rice crispies, 1/3 cup honey warm in microwave and 2 tablespoons water.
mix all dry ingredientd.
