I need snack ideas

I have a big problem with snacking at night. I'm searching for anything I can stuff in my mouth some nights. I need something that I can keep in my refrigerator that takes me a long time to eat, is low calorie and healthy. I am currently thinking frozen grapes, but I'll get bored if I only have one option. I read an article that suggested freezing other fruits, but I can't think of another fruit that would taste good frozen. Then I'm thinking some kind of pita chip with a healthy dip (salsa or bean). I know you guys are going to have a ton of ideas.
I've been consistently going to the gym this week. I went last Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Then my husband had some late days at work and I was derailed (we only have one car). But I'm going to get back to the gym either today or tomorrow. I've just been doing simple things. 30 minutes on a machine. I'm mainly doing this for stress relief and the health benefits right now. It's not a serious weight loss push yet. But at least I'm getting started.
