I've always read the message boards on this site, especially the weight loss message boards and you guys have been so motivating! I love seeing the goals and all the neat little charts that pop up under you're posts. I'm new to actually posting on here so any tips would be helpful! I'm currently 260 pounds and my long term goal is 160. I joined Curves on September 22 and I have lost 9.5 pounds and 16 inches since I've joined doing the Curves Smart program. I read that posting on a message board keeps you motivated. Thanks again!! :)
