I'm due to get weighed and measured for my 2nd month results today. I'm pretty nervous. Wish me luck!! Is anyone else getting weighed and/or measured today??

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Hi Mandy,

Good luck! I am sure you won't need luck though. You only get weighed-in once/month? If you don't mind me asking, what plan are you on? I am only doing things on my own, but that is one of my pitfalls. If I weigh myself too often, I start playing mind-games with myself and I start gaining. So, I curious about why the plan you're on thinks once/month is good. Most plans I hear about recommend weighing in once/week.

Anyhow, just wanted to say I hope you get the results you're hoping for! Let us know, k?

All the best,
Tracie

Hi Tracie!!

Thanks for replying! I didn't have a chance to get back on here Friday after my weigh in and measurments were taken. I only get weighed in a measured once every month. I lost 9 inches and 2 pounds for the month.

Woo Hoo!! 2 lbs and 9 inches is great! Good for you, and keep up the good work! I'm no expert, but it sounds like some of your fat weight got replaced with muscle weight. Good for you!

Curves, eh? I've been thinking of joining one, as it's super-close to my house. Not ready to commit yet. I'm worried about my joints. I've got a bad hip, 2 bad knees and my shoulders have a tendency to get sore quick... all of which I think will be helped once I lose the weight! What do you think? Are the machines tough to do?

Thanks for keeping us posted :)
