I have been doing about 35 mins on the elipitical( timer set for 30 plus cool down time) last week I bumped up to program 2.

What a nice variety of exercise you are doing! I would increase the intensity on the eliptical and try to increase the time on the treadmill - I don't know how long you do weights, but if it is 30 minutes, then a 30-30-30 session would get you an hour and a half which I think is a reat gym visit!


I also love swimming - for me, because I do not run, it is the most efficient calories burned/workout time. I do find that I am hungrier after swimming and have to be careful to not undo the benefits with food!

Thanks, I am not doing weights for 30 mins yet more like 10-15 mostly because I am just learning the machines, I do think though I will take your suggestions and on MWF I will do 30/30/30 (my daycare kids leave earlier on M and F and so only on weds (when I can't leave for the gym til 7) would I be out late.
