What did everyone do for exercise today?
I just got finished with a 25 minute workout with Wii Active. Day 1 of my (restarted) 6-week challenge. There were a couple of points where I thought my legs would give out under me, skipping is not my strong point, but I kept with it and in the end I burned 222 cals
