What did everyone do for exercise today?


I just got finished with a 25 minute workout with Wii Active. Day 1 of my (restarted) 6-week challenge. There were a couple of points where I thought my legs would give out under me, skipping is not my strong point, but I kept with it and in the end I burned 222 cals

I swam 60 laps and then did a floor ab circuit that takes about ten minutes.


I like a lot of what I do for exercise, but swimming is good for mind, body, and soul.

Great job sticking it out! I almost gave up on the gazelle last night because my legs were still sore from the day and 2 days before, but I have started a challenge for myself where I am not allowed to give up at less than my prior attempts achievement. Even if it's a small difference. For example- I used the gazelle 16 minutes on Tuesday, and even though I was nearly crying wanting to quit at 11 minutes I refused to stop before I hit 16:30. It's a small thing, but it keeps me from giving up.

I agree, small increments, make a big difference!


This morning I ran the last 2 minutes of my 20 minute treadmill program.
